Professional skills:

  • Identifying, describing and appropriately use of specific notions to food science and food safety
  • Management of general engineering processes, operation of  facilities and equipment in the food industry
  • Managing, analyzing and designing food technologies from raw materials to finished products
  • Designing new food products, implementing and managing projects
  • Production management, quality control of food products and marketing processes
  • Management of technologies for the utilization of byproducts and food waste and environment protection.

The program offers budget places / scholarships and places with tuition fee, day frecquency class.

  • Management of general engineering processes, operation of facilities and equipment in the food industry
