Graduate studies programme:

Food Engineering (I.P.A.)

Legal framework:

The undergraduate programme is based on the first specialization of the Food Processing Technology faculty, which was renamed Food Engineering in 2012, as it was being re-accredited (ARACIS Address no. 3985 / 08.06.2012). The IPA undergraduate programme is included in the list of domains and specialisations for undergraduate studies published in the Nomenclature of academic fields of undergraduate studies and their respective specializations (M.O. no. 447 / 22.07.2013). The educational offer of the undergraduate programme also includes paid tuition for part time studies (IFR).

GRADUATE STUDIES PROGRAMME:

Food control and expertise (C.E.P.A.)

Legal framework:

The undergraduate programme Food control and expertise (C.E.P.A.), the first programme of its kind in Romania, has a tradition of 20 years in preparing food industry engineers specialised in quality control and ensurance and food safety. The CEPA undergraduate programme is accredited (ARACIS Address no. 7978 / 03.08.2010) and included in the list of domains and specialisations for undergraduate studies published in the Nomenclature of academic fields of undergraduate studies and their respective specializations (M.O. no. 447 / 7/22/2013). The educational offer of the undergraduate programme also includes paid tuition for part time studies (IFR).

GRADUATE STUDIES PROGRAMME:

Consumer and Environmental Protection (P.C.M.)

Legal framework:

The undergraduate programme Consumer and Environmental Protection (P.C.M.) is the second programME of its kind established in Romania, in response to requests from the labor market, as well as new legislative regulations. The P.C.M. undergraduate programme is authorized (ARACIS Address no. 3902 / 08.06.2012) and included in the list of domains and specialisations for undergraduate studies published in the Nomenclature of academic fields of undergraduate studies and their respective specializations (M.O. no. 447 / 22.07.2013). The educational offer of the undergraduate full-time PCM programme includes budgeted as well as paid tuition.

GRADUATE STUDIES PROGRAMME:

Extracts and Natural Food Additives (E.A.N.A.)

Legal framework:

The undergraduate programme Extracts and Natural Food Additives (EANA) is unique on a national level and has a tradition of 20 years in training food processing engineers specialised in obtaining and using food additives. The EANA undergraduate programme is accredited (ARACIS Address no. 8100 / 10.08.2010) and included in the list of of domains and specialisations for undergraduate studies published in the Nomenclature of academic fields of undergraduate studies and their respective specializations (M.O. no.  447 / 7/22/2013). The educational offer of the undergraduate full-time programme E.A.N.A. includes budgeted as well as paid tuition.
