Application submission
- at the Faculty (Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, 119 Calea Aradului, 300645 Timisoara, Romania)
Candidates have to prepare 2 files:
- one for the Ministry (see CNRED instruction - https://cnred.edu.ro/en/recognition-studies-european-citizens-admission-undergraduate-studies-in-romania/)
- one for the Faculty (see the following requirements):
Required documents
Email and phone number of the canditate
1. Application form (EU citizens) clik here;
2. Proof of completion of secondary school (high school Diploma/Certificate) - copy and certified translation (original) in Romanian language (certified by either a notary or an authorized translator)
3. Proof of completion (transcript of the records) for ALL years of high-school completed abroad, with subjects and obtained marks/points - copy and certified translation (original) in Romanian language (certified by either a notary or an authorized translator)
4. Identification paper - copy:
- passport / identity card,
- proof of legal name change - copy and certified translation (original) in Romanian language (certified by either a notary or an authorized translator)
5. Other documents, if necessary
- Example: provisional certificate of Maturita from Italy, Pruebas de Aptitud para el Acceso a la Universidad, Calificación Apto from Spain; eligibility certificate issued by Verket för högskoleservice from Sweden, SAT/ACT scores from USA, copy and certified translation in Romanian, except for the documents issued in English, French, Spanish, Italian
- Example: Foreign citizens, family members of Romanian citizens, holders of a temporary residence permit, must submit the proof either of an employment contract or of unemployment status in order to benefit, according to the law, of equal treatment as Romanian citizens, regarding the study enrolment (OUG no. 194/2002 on the Regime of Aliens in Romania, republished, art. 80 paragraph (3), lit. B) and c))
6. Birth certificate - copy and certified translation (original) in Romanian language (certified by either a notary or an authorized translator)
7. Health certificate - copy and certified translation in Romanian, except for the documents issued in English, French, Spanish, Italian
8. Copy of the 100 Euro receipt – file processing fee (150 euro for those who apply for both lines)
9. B2 English proficiency Certificate
10. 3 colour photographs ¾ centimeters.
11. Preparatory year diploma or certificate of proficiency in Romanian, for those applying for Romanian line.

Candidates have to prepare 2 identical files: the application folder for the University, and the application folder requiring the delivery of the Letter of Acceptance addressed towards the Ministry.
Required documents

1. 2 original Application forms (non-EU) with the candidate photo on them clik here;
2. Proof of completion of secondary school (high school Diploma/Certificate);
3. Proof of completion (transcript of records) for ALL years of high-school completed abroad;
4. Identification papers:
- passport
- Identity card where the residence must be clearly specified,
- proof of legal name change, if applicable.

6. Medical certificate (in an international language) proving that the person which is to be enrolled at the faculty does not suffer from contagious diseases or other illnesses that are incompatible with the future profession
ALL these 8 documents MUST be sent in authenticated copies and certified translation (ORIGINAL) in Romanian language!!!
