BACHELOR STUDIES
ACADEMIC OFFER 2023-2024 (BACHELOR)
- for each faculty (119 Calea Aradului, 300645 Timisoara, Romania), the candidates have to prepare 2 files:
- one for the Ministry (see CNRED instruction) - https://www.cnred.edu.ro/en/recognition-studies-european-citizens-admission-undergraduate-studies-in-Romania)
- one for the Faculty (see the following requirements):
Required documents for the UNIVERSITY file:
1. APPLICATION FORM (EU CITIZENS) - CLIK HERE
2. Proof of completion of secondary school (high school diploma/certificate):
- copy, if the study document is issued in Romanian, English, French, Spanish, Italian language;
- copy and certified translation (in original) in Romanian language for the documents issued in other languages.
- If the High School Diploma is not yet issued, it is necessary to ask from the school examination centre a Certificate which establishes the fact that the student sustained and passed the examination and the grade/average mark obtained
3. Proof of completion (transcript of records) of high school, with subjects and marks/points obtained:
- copy, if the study document is issued in Romanian, English, French, Spanish, Italian language;
- copy and certified translation (in original) in Romanian language for the documents issued in other languages;
4. Other documents, if it is necessary
* Example: provisional certificate of Maturita from Italy, Pruebas de Aptitud para el Acceso a la Universidad, calificación Apto from Spain; Panellinies Exetaseis” – National Examination for General High Schools from Greece; eligibility certificate issued by Verket för högskoleservice from Sweden; SAT/ACT scores from USA, copy and certified translation in Romanian, except for the documents issued in English, French, Spanish, Italian.
5. Certificate of language competence English/French – Minim B2 level, issued by an authorised institution (for the four competences – writing, speaking, listening and reading).
Exception – the candidates coming from countries where the official language of the state is the language in which the courses are being conducted or which show, with school documents, that they have attended the courses in that language.
Certificate of Romanian language Preparatory year diploma or certificate of proficiency in Romanian, for those applying for Romanian studies.
6. Identification paper – copy:
- Birth Certificate – copy for documents in Romanian language / English / French / Spanish / Italian, and authorised translation in Romanian for other languages;
- Passport;
- Identity card;
- Proof of legal name change, if applicable, copy for documents in Romanian language / English / French / Spanish / Italian, and authorised translation in Romanian for other languages;
7. Three (3) photos - passport size
8. Medical Certificate
Medical certificate (in an international language) to prove that the person registered for studies does not suffer from spreading diseases or other illnesses that are incompatible with the future profession.
9. Proof of payment for inscription fee The inscription fee for: 100 Euro receipt
