Faculty of Agriculture organizes the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) entitled "Digitalization and Environmental Protection for Sustainable Agriculture", between 10-14th March 2025, in collaboration, which aims to address the critical intersection of digital transformation and environmental sustainability in the agricultural sector. This programme brings together students, researchers, and professionals from diverse disciplines to explore how digital tools and technologies can optimize agricultural practices, reduce environmental impact, and promote sustainability.
Through a combination of online preparatory sessions, on-site workshops, and field activities, participants will gain hands-on experience with digital tools like Geographic Information Systems (GIS), remote sensing, and data analytics while fostering an understanding of sustainable farming practices. By integrating theoretical knowledge and practical applications, this programme aspires to create a multidisciplinary framework for addressing the challenges of modern agriculture and equipping future professionals with the skills needed to drive positive change.
